MoJo Network + Leads Privacy Policy
Effective April 30, 2026. This policy explains how MoJo Real Estate uses Google Contacts data in MoJo Network and MoJo Leads.

MoJo Network helps MoJo team members maintain and share trusted local homeowner resources. MoJo Leads helps team members manage real estate leads and follow-up workflows. Google Contacts access is used only for these two MoJo applications.
Google Contacts data we access
When a signed-in MoJo team member chooses to connect Google Contacts, the apps may access contact names, phone numbers, email addresses, organizations, contact notes, and Google contact identifiers needed to display, import, or update selected contacts.
How Google Contacts data is used
MoJo Network uses read-only Google Contacts access so an agent can search their contacts and select individual people or companies to add as homeowner resources. MoJo Leads uses read-only access so an agent can import selected contacts into their private lead pipeline. MoJo Leads uses write access only when an agent intentionally chooses to save or update a lead in their own Google Contacts.
Storage and sharing
Imported contact details may be stored in the MoJo application database for the resource or lead workflow selected by the signed-in team member. OAuth tokens are used only to support the connected Google Contacts features. We do not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or transfer it to third parties except service providers that operate the MoJo applications under our direction.
Google API limited-use commitment
Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Google Contacts data is not used to train generalized AI models or for unrelated marketing lists.
Your choices
Users can revoke Google access at any time from their Google Account security settings. Team members can also remove imported records inside the MoJo apps where permissions allow. To request deletion, export, or support, email teammojokc@gmail.com.
