MoJo Network + Leads Terms of Service
Effective April 30, 2026. These terms govern use of MoJo Network and MoJo Leads.
Service description
MoJo Network provides a homeowner resource directory for MoJo agents, clients, and invited users. MoJo Leads provides a private pipeline for managing real estate leads and related follow-up. Some features let authorized team members connect Google Contacts for optional import or sync workflows.
Authorized use
You may use these apps only for legitimate MoJo Real Estate business, client service, and homeowner resource workflows. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you add and for using contact information in a lawful, respectful way.
Google Contacts features
Google Contacts import and sync actions happen only after a signed-in team member starts them. You should import or sync only contacts you have a valid business reason to manage in MoJo Network or MoJo Leads. You can revoke Google access from your Google Account at any time.
No resale or misuse
You may not sell, scrape, bulk export for unrelated marketing, or misuse contact data accessed through these apps. You may not attempt to bypass access controls, impersonate another user, or interfere with service operations.
Availability and changes
The services are provided as available and may change as the MoJo team improves the apps. We may suspend access for misuse, security concerns, or violation of these terms.
